Getting through to 111 was easy however was on hold over 35mins. On a weekend it may be prudent to have more staff who can take calls to limit the wait time. However the 111 operator was excellent once I got through as was the out of hours gp who phoned me later.

I was treated by the most fantastic doctor who was so thorough and kind. She understood that I was suffering with extremely severe eczema and needed immediate help. I can’t thank her enough for her help and treatment.

The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional when I was asking regarding Disability parking, I suffer severe anxiety and depression, and she was very unhelpful shouting through reception screen remove your mask I cannot hear you…. I felt intimidated and bullied her behaviour was uncalled for at this time of my illness….. Servility costs nothing but means so very much especially during these very stressful difficult times of COVID infection….

The g.p I spoke to couldn't have cared less. Didn't listen properly Short tempered and rude The fact that you can't even see a doctor now is just ridiculous
